Delhi Jal Board has been taking continuous steps towards digital transformation and have taken initiatives to provide online facilities to its consumers. In this direction, Revenue Management System has been implemented in Delhi Jal Board wherein facilities of view and print latest water bill, online payment, grievances logging and track application status are available. As a more advanced and pioneer step, DJB has launched a Mobile App.

This App has been developed to provide convenience and services in the hands of the consumers. The App provides feature of instant self bill generation 24X7 anytime as per his/her convenience besides facilities of online payment, view and download previous bills and payment receipts etc. Mobile App has very simple steps for registration and self bill generation.

दिल्ली जल बोर्ड के डिजिटल परिवर्तन की दिशा में निरंतर कदम उठा रहा है और अपने उपभोक्ताओं के लिए ऑनलाइन सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने की पहल की है। इस दिशा में, राजस्व प्रबंधन प्रणाली को देखने और प्रिंट नवीनतम पानी के बिल, ऑनलाइन भुगतान, शिकायतों की सुविधाओं प्रवेश करने जिसमें दिल्ली जल बोर्ड में लागू किया है और आवेदन की स्थिति पर नज़र रखने की गई है उपलब्ध हैं। एक और अधिक उन्नत और अग्रणी कदम के रूप में, दिल्ली जल बोर्ड के एक मोबाइल ऐप शुरू किया है।

इस एप्लिकेशन के उपभोक्ताओं के हाथों में सुविधा और सेवाएं प्रदान करने के लिए विकसित किया गया है। एप्लिकेशन को ऑनलाइन भुगतान, देखने की सुविधा के अलावा उसका / उसकी सुविधा के अनुसार कभी भी तत्काल आत्म बिल पीढ़ी 24X7 की सुविधा प्रदान करता है और पिछले बिल और भुगतान प्राप्ति आदि डाउनलोड मोबाइल एप्लिकेशन के पंजीकरण और आत्म बिल पीढ़ी के लिए बहुत ही सरल कदम है।
